Guesthouse policies

• Reservations are arranged through WhatsApp, including enquiries made using the buttons on our website.
• To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost, payable by bank transfer or Yape.
• Once payment has been verified, we’ll send confirmation of your dates, room type, total price, and outstanding balance.
• The remaining balance is payable at check-in.
• Parking and additional luggage storage days are charged separately.

You can request a cancellation through WhatsApp. Notice periods are calculated from 2:00 PM on your scheduled arrival date, using Peru’s local time.

• At least 7 days’ notice: a full refund of your deposit.
• At least 48 hours but less than 7 days’ notice: a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the first night’s rate.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: a cancellation fee equal to the first night’s rate.
• If you do not arrive or contact us: the same fee applies as for cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice.

The cancellation fee will never exceed the deposit received. Any deposit amount remaining after the fee will be refunded.

Reservations confirmed with a deposit are held until 12:00 noon on the day after the scheduled arrival date. Arrivals after 10:00 PM must be arranged in advance.

Eligible refunds will be made within 5 business days of receiving your cancellation request and the details needed to return the payment.

These conditions apply to voluntary cancellations. Extraordinary circumstances that prevent use of the service will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM.
• Check-out: by 12:00 noon.
• We welcome arrivals until 10:00 PM. Arrivals after this time, including overnight arrivals, must be arranged in advance.
• Early check-in is subject to availability and prior arrangement.
• Please ask in advance if you need a late check-out. We’ll let you know whether it is available and if any additional charge applies.
• If your journey is delayed, please contact us to arrange your arrival.

• Please respect other guests’ rest and avoid disruptive noise.
• Take care of the rooms, furnishings, and shared spaces.
• If you need assistance or notice a problem, please let the person in charge know.

Alcohol consumption and smoking are not permitted in guest rooms or common areas.

We currently do not accept pets, as our facilities do not have suitable spaces to accommodate them.

This restriction does not apply to guide dogs accompanying guests with visual impairments, in accordance with applicable regulations.

• We have space for one vehicle.
• Parking costs S/10 per vehicle, per night, in addition to accommodation.
• Availability must be arranged and confirmed with us before arrival.
• Vehicles must be collected by check-out time. Any additional parking time must be arranged in advance.

• Luggage storage is free for guests on their check-in and check-out dates.
• Additional storage costs S/5 per suitcase or large backpack, per calendar day.
• Storage is subject to available space and prior arrangement.
• When you leave your luggage, we’ll agree on a collection date and time and confirm the total charge, if applicable.
• Drop-off and collection must take place at the agreed times; this is not a round-the-clock service.
